Terms & Conditions – VW Campout

Effective Date: 12/04/2025
Location: Turnpost Farm, East Rd, Wymeswold, Loughborough, LE12 6ST, UK

By purchasing a ticket and attending the VW Campout event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable weekend for all.

1. Tickets & Entry

  • All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) upon arrival.

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation.

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal through our website or cash on arrival.

  • Entry is at the discretion of event staff. Anti-social or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.

2. Site Access & Conduct

  • Gates open from 12:00pm on 20th June 2025. Please do not arrive early.

  • All vehicles must park in designated areas and follow the direction of marshals.

  • Campers are expected to respect other guests, staff, and the site.

 

3. Site Rules

To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, the following rules must be followed:

  • ❌ No dogs allowed, except for registered guide dogs.

  • 🧴 No drinking glasses permitted on site. (Glass bottle allowed)

  • 🧹 Any broken glass must be reported to event staff immediately.

  • 🔥 Fire pits and BBQs must be raised off the ground and accompanied by a working fire extinguisher.

  • ⚽️ No ball games near vehicles – designated play areas will be available.

  • 🚯 Keep your camping area clean.

Porta-loo style toilets will be available to use, if these are found in a unsanitary state please report to a member of staff.

Elsan tanks will be on site.

​

Water points are available for use.

 

4. Safety & Liability

  • VW Campout organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to vehicles or belongings.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the event.

  • In the case of emergency, please contact a member of staff or dial 999.

 

5. Photography & Media

  • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use by VW Campout (website, social media, etc.).

  • If you do not wish to appear in photos, please let us know upon arrival.​

 

6. Cancellations & Force Majeure

  • VW Campout reserves the right to cancel or alter the event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions).

  • In such cases, we will communicate updates via email and our website.
